Our beliefs and thought patterns create a map in our brain, and a fabric in our energy field, guiding our daily thoughts, behavior and reactions. When these patterns hang about for longer than they serve us, they can show up as injury, illness, frustration, or a feeling of stagnation, and make real change seem difficult or impossible.
A typical session consists of a dialog designed to uncover patterns and other blocks standing in the way of a more easeful existence. Once the patterns are revealed, you’ll be guided in a simple meditation and visualization to clear these blocks and replace them with new, positive feelings and possibilities.
Sessions are typically an hour long and can be done anywhere that feels like a safe space to you. Since these sessions involve conversation, meditation, and visualization, it is possible to meet over skype or by phone.
